We have been here at A 106 in Yash Plaza for a while now. Varachha Road is always busy, especially around Bapu Nagar. Most days it is just us answering the phone and showing people different properties around the neighborhood. It gets quite loud outside with the traffic, but inside the office, it is okay. We deal with all kinds of folks looking for shops or maybe a place to stay. It isn't a fancy setup, just a desk and some chairs where we sit and talk about what's available. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than expected, but that is just how things go. People come in and ask about prices in the area, and we tell them what we know. We aren't doing anything big or flashy. Just helping out with the local estate needs. Often, we are out of the office checking on a site, so the door might be locked for an hour or so. If you walk past Yash Plaza, you'll see our sign. It’s a simple spot. We know the streets around here pretty well since we've spent so much time walking them. There’s no big team or anything, just a few of us trying to keep things moving. We try to keep things straightforward so there isn't any confusion about the houses or plots. It’s just work, really. Most of our day is spent on the phone or walking around Bapu Nagar. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we stay busy.
