Our office is located at 201 Althan Tirupati Estate. It is on the second floor, so it is a bit away from the noise of the main street, which helps when we have to sit down and look through paperwork. We spend most of our time dealing with property matters in and around the Althan area. This part of the city has been expanding fast, with new buildings and estates coming up every few months. Usually, our day involves talking to people about land, or maybe finding a flat for someone to rent or buy. It is not very exciting work, mostly just keeping track of who is selling what and where the new developments are happening. We have a couple of desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of files stacked up in the corner. Sometimes people just come in for a cup of tea and to ask what the prices are doing in this neighborhood. We don't have any fancy displays, just a simple office setup where we can talk clearly with anyone who walks in. Althan Tirupati Estate is a well-known spot, so people find us easily enough. We keep the office open during regular hours, and if we are not here, we are probably out looking at a site or meeting someone at a property nearby. It is just a basic local business helping people figure out where they want to live or invest their money.
