Shree Laxmi Art

You can find Shree Laxmi Art up on the second floor of the Alpha Engineering building. We are right by Ankur Char Rasta, near the Mini Bazaar in Varachha. It's a very crowded area with the Bombe Market close by, so there is always a lot of shouting and horns honking outside our windows. Inside, it’s a bit different. We do a lot of detailed work here. It’s not a huge studio, just a few desks and the equipment we need. Sometimes the floor gets covered in scraps and paper, but we clean it up at the end of the week. We’ve been in the Punagam area for a good while and most of the people around here know us. We don’t really do much advertising, people just seem to find us. It’s nice being on the second floor because we can see the street below without being right in the middle of the traffic. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We try to get the orders finished on time, but sometimes things take longer than we thought they would. We aren’t a big company with lots of managers, just a few people working on the art and making sure it looks okay before it goes out. It’s a busy life but we like it. There is always tea being made in the corner too.
