Evid Sons

Evid Sons is located right on Katargam Main Road, just a short walk from the Surat People'S Bank. We call the building Evid House, and it's been our base of operations for a long time. Being on a main road means there’s always noise from the traffic and people walking by, but we like being in the middle of everything. It's a family-run sort of place, so you’ll often see a few of us sitting near the entrance chatting or checking the ledger. We don’t go in for fancy decor or professional interior designers. Our desks are old wood, and the walls are covered with calendars and notes we’ve scribbled to ourselves over the months. Every day starts with opening up the shutters and sweeping the front step. Then we get into the routine of checking what needs to go out and who called yesterday. Surat is a busy city, and Katargam is one of those areas that never really sleeps. We handle our business stuff in the back rooms where it’s a bit quieter. If you come by, you might have to wait a minute while we finish up a phone call or sort through some papers. We prefer doing things the old-fashioned way, with a lot of face-to-face talk and hand-written lists. It works for us and keeps things simple. We don't have a marketing department, just us doing the work. Usually, we eat lunch together in the back office and talk about the morning's tasks.
