It is a nice change from the high-rise buildings because it feels more like a home here. The park nearby is always full of people exercising or kids playing on the grass. My workspace is just a part of the house that I have set aside. It is quiet for the most part, except for the birds in the morning or the occasional car passing by. The address sounds complicated but once you are in the neighborhood it is easy to spot the row houses. I spend a lot of time at my wooden table dealing with the daily chores of the business. The door stays open when the weather is nice to let a breeze in. I do not have a big sign out front or anything like that. People who know me just knock on the gate. It is a simple way to run things without all the stress of a big commercial office. I like the independence of working from here. Sometimes the neighbors stop by to say hello and we chat for a bit. It is a very grounded way to live and work in Adajan. I keep everything organized in my own way.
