Shreeji China Bazaar

Shreeji China Bazaar is located at L 3 A in the Royal Palace building. We are right opposite the Agrawal Samaj in the Athwa area. It’s a decent spot, though the stairs can be a bit steep if you’re carrying a lot of bags. We’ve got all kinds of household goods stacked up. Some things are on the floor because there isn't enough shelf space for everything that comes in on the delivery trucks. We try to keep things organized, but when it’s a busy Saturday, everything gets moved around by the shoppers. Athwa is a nice part of town, and we see a lot of the same faces every week. We don't have a website or fancy ads. Most people just see the sign while they're walking toward Royal Palace. The shop smells a bit like plastic and cardboard because of all the packaging. We keep a small radio behind the counter for some music, but mostly we just listen to the noise from the street. The lights flicker a little if we turn on too many fans at once. It’s a basic shop, nothing more, nothing less. We spend a lot of time just dusting the items and rearranging the displays when things get messy. It’s hard work keeping up with it all, but it’s what we do. We’ve been in this Royal Palace unit for quite some time now and plan to stay for as long as we can.
