You can find us at number 9 in the Maharaja Arcade on City Light Road. We are quite close to Agrasaen Bhavan, which is where most people tell us to look when they are trying to find our shop. Being on City Light Road means we see a lot of people coming and going every day. Our office is a simple one. We have a desk, some chairs, and a few cupboards where we keep all the property files. It’s not a huge operation. Mostly it is just me or my partner here, talking to people who are looking for a new place to live or trying to sell their land. We have some old maps of the area taped to the wall so we can show people exactly where things are. The arcade has a lot of other businesses, so there is always a bit of noise from the neighbors. We’ve been at this for a long time, so we know this part of the city very well. We don't use any big marketing slogans or anything. We just sit down with people and see what they need. Sometimes the days are slow and we just drink tea and talk about the news, and other days we are out all afternoon showing houses. It’s an honest way to make a living. The furniture is a bit old, but it’s comfortable enough for a long conversation about real estate.
