Shree Estate Consultant

Shree Estate Consultant is located over at 12 Palanpur Nd, inside the Utsav Complex. This is in the Kalyani Nagar area. It’s a pretty well-known spot around here. Our office is just one of many in the complex, but we’ve made it our own over the years. We spend our days here dealing with all sorts of things that come across our desks. It’s a practical space. We have the usual stuff you’d expect—chairs, some desks, and a lot of paper. Kalyani Nagar is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our windows. Being in Utsav Complex is convenient for us. We like the neighborhood. It feels like a good place to be based. We aren't a big corporation or anything like that. It’s just us working under the name Shree Estate Consultant. We take things as they come. People stop in from time to time to talk or drop off documents. We try to keep the place tidy, but it definitely looks like a working office. There’s no polished lobby or anything. Just a door with our name on it at number 12. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for what we need. We just keep at it every day in Palanpur and don't make much of a fuss.
