You can find us at J 51 in the Shri Vinayak Society, right on Ring Road. We are located near Kasturba Wadi and the Japan Market. Being right opposite the Linear Bus Stand means there is always a lot of energy and movement right outside our windows. It is a very busy spot. Our office is a humble one. We have some old desks and a lot of folders full of property listings. We spend a lot of our day talking to folks who are looking for a place to stay or maybe a bit of land. It is a lot of back and forth, making calls and checking on things. We do not use any high-tech systems, just our notebooks and the phone. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a few people come in at once, so we have to bring in extra chairs from the back room. We have been around this Japan Market area for a long time, so we know most of the shopkeepers nearby. It is a good community to be part of. The noise from the bus stand is something you just get used to after a week or two. We open up the shutters every morning and stay until the sun goes down. It is just honest work, helping people navigate the local real estate scene without any unnecessary fuss. We are just regular people trying to do a decent job here for the neighborhood.
