We are Shayona Estate Agency over at F 6 in the Palanpur ND area. Our office is inside the Ramdev Shopping Centre. It is right opposite the Hidayat Police Chowky, which makes it very easy to give directions to anyone who is lost. We deal with property around Palanpur and the nearby spots. The shopping centre is usually pretty active with people coming and going. We have a small office with a few chairs for visitors. Most of our time is spent looking at different sites or meeting with owners who want to sell their plots. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of driving around. We know the area quite well since we spend all our time here. If there is a new development starting up, we usually hear about it pretty fast. We aren't a big corporation with fancy uniforms. We just wear our regular clothes and talk to people like they are our neighbors, which they usually are. Sometimes a deal doesn't go through, and that’s frustrating, but it’s part of the business. We try to be honest about what a place is worth instead of making up numbers. People seem to appreciate that. We like being near the police chowky because it’s a good landmark. Life is busy, but we keep things moving.
