We started Shantai Realty because we saw how people around here needed someone to help with property stuff without all the big talk. Our office is at Plot No-8 in the Agrasen Shopping Centre. Most people know it because it's right by City Light and pretty close to Agrasen Bhavan. It's a busy spot but we like it that way. We spend most of our time talking to folks who walk in or calling around about different plots. Real estate can be a bit of a headache with all the paperwork and finding the right place that fits what someone needs. We just try to get the facts right. Sometimes we're out looking at sites and other times we are just sitting here at the desk in City Light. It’s a local business through and through. We know the streets around Agrasen Bhavan like the back of our hands. If someone is looking for a place or trying to sell one, they usually find their way to the shopping centre eventually. We keep things pretty simple. There isn't a fancy lobby or anything, just some chairs and a desk where we handle the daily work. It gets loud outside sometimes with the traffic, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve been here for a while now and most of our neighbors know us. We just handle the day-to-day property tasks and try to make sure things move along for everyone involved.
