Shankar Estate

Our place is at No.543 in the Radha Krishna Textile Market. If you know the Ring Road area, you know how hectic it can get around here. Shankar Estate has been part of this market scene for a long time. It is a crowded place filled with the smell of fabric and the sound of trolleys moving goods. We focus on the property side of things within the textile industry and the surrounding areas. The market is like its own world. You start the day when the gates open and it doesn't stop until late. Our office is tucked away in the middle of all that action. It is a practical space, mostly just a desk and some old filing cabinets. We do not have a lot of decorations. People come to us because they know we are here every day. We deal with a lot of traders and business owners who need space for their stock or their offices. Ring Road traffic is always a mess, so we usually just stay put once we get in for the morning. It is an honest living. We have seen shops change hands many times over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It is not glamorous, but it is real work in a real market. Sometimes the tea boy brings us snacks while we talk through a deal. It is a community of sorts, even if it is a bit loud and messy sometimes.
