Our office is located at 6 Adajan Dn on Nana Varacha Road, inside the Shiv Complex. It is a busy area with plenty of other businesses and people coming and going throughout the day. We go by the name Shah Estate Agent, and we have been handling property matters from this small spot for quite some time. The Shiv Complex is easy to find, and our shop is on a floor where people can easily reach us. We have a very simple setup inside, with just the essential furniture and lots of files containing property details. We spend a good part of our day either on the phone or meeting with people who want to buy or rent something in the neighborhood. Nana Varacha Road is always full of activity, which makes the day go by fast. We do not have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. Instead, we rely on the fact that we have been around a long time and know the local property market inside out. Often, we are out visiting sites or checking on new listings, so the office might be quiet for a while. We enjoy the work because it allows us to meet many different people from the community. It is a practical, local business, and we just try to be helpful to anyone who walks through our door looking for a home or a shop.
