Shah Arti

Shah Arti is based out of Kalyan Apartment in the Gajjar Wadi area. Specifically, we are in unit A/202. This part of Surat, near Athwa Gates, is usually quite busy throughout the day. The office itself is not very large, but it has enough room for our desks and the cupboards where we keep all the files. It is a bit of an older building, so the walls have that worn-in look. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. People just walk in and we talk across the table. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a little loud if the windows are open, but we are used to it by now. The fan hums in the corner and that is mostly what you hear while we work. We focus on our daily tasks without much fuss. There are usually two or three of us here at any given time. We take our lunch breaks together and sometimes get tea from the stall just down the road. It is a simple way of working. The lighting in the room is okay during the day because of the big window, though it gets a bit dim in the evenings. We keep the place tidy enough, but there are always stacks of paper somewhere because of the nature of the work. It is just a normal office where we try to stay organized and get things done for the people who come to see us. It gets the job done.
