X Pression Art Gallery

X Pression Art Gallery is located at Parle Point at H/20. It is a relatively quiet spot compared to the rest of the neighborhood. We have various pieces of art hanging on the walls and they change from time to time when something new comes in. The space is mostly white and I spend a lot of time dusting the frames and making sure the glass is clean. There is no loud music here because it feels better to just have it be peaceful. Sometimes local artists stop by to show me their latest work and we sit and talk for a while in the back office. The lighting can be a bit tricky and I am often moving the lamps around to try and get them right. We don't get huge crowds of people but the ones who do come in usually stay for a long time just looking around. The front door has a little bell that rings when someone enters which helps because I am often busy in the back. There are some cracks in the floor tiles that we have covered up with rugs. It is a nice way to spend the day surrounded by colors and quiet conversations. I usually lock up around seven and walk home through the busy streets of Parle Point. It is just a small gallery where things move at a slower pace.
