Salasar Balaji Group Real Estate Hub

Our spot is at 90 Vesu Aagam Arcade. It’s right across the street from the Jolly Residence, which is a pretty well-known building in the Vesu area. Salasar Balaji Group has been operating out of this unit for a while now. It’s a decent sized space, enough for our desks and a small area for guests to sit down. We mostly deal with property around this part of town, so being in Vesu makes a lot of sense for us. The arcade is usually humming with people during the day. We aren't the kind of place that has a big polished lobby. It’s more of a working office where there are always papers on the desks and maps on the walls. We keep things pretty straightforward here. People come in to ask about plots or flats, and we tell them what we know. It’s an honest way of working. Sometimes the parking out front of Aagam Arcade is full, so you have to walk a bit, but it’s not too bad. We know most of the other shopkeepers in the arcade. It feels like a little neighborhood of its own. We’ve been through busy times and slow times, but we just keep coming in and doing the work. It’s a practical office for practical business, and that’s how we like it. There is always something new happening in the Vesu area, so it keeps us busy checking on things and talking to people who drop by.
