If you are looking for Sainath Estate Agency, we are at number 13 on Gulmohar Road. We are part of the Sankalp Complex, which is right by the Adajan Dn Jewel Nursing Home. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you are in the Adajan area of Surat. The L P Savani School is also very close by, so we see a lot of families and school buses going past our windows every day. We’ve been in this complex for quite some time now. It’s a comfortable place to work from. We aren’t a big operation with dozens of employees; it’s just a local agency helping people out with their housing needs. We know the streets of Adajan like the back of our hand because we live and work right here. Gulmohar Road has a nice feel to it, even when it gets busy. We spend our days mostly answering the phone and talking to people who stop by after dropping their kids at school or visiting the nursing home. We don't really believe in all that polished business talk. We just tell people what we know and try to be as helpful as possible. Our office has some old desks and a lot of paper, but it’s where we get things done. It’s a regular business run by regular people who just enjoy being part of this local community. That's really the long and short of it.
