Sai Shiv Real Estate Center

Sai Shiv Real Estate Center is located at M 27 in the Hira Panna Complex. We are right on City Light Road, not far from the Aziz Sait Industrial Estate. It’s a busy corner of the world, and there’s always something going on outside our windows. We’ve been operating out of this complex for a good while. The office is a bit small, and we have a lot of files stacked up in the corners because we haven't got around to buying a new cabinet yet. We handle a mix of everything, from industrial sheds near the estate to regular family flats along City Light Road. It’s a lot of talking to different people and trying to figure out what they actually want versus what they can afford. We spend plenty of time drinking tea with clients and looking over maps of the area. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big team of agents. It’s just us, working through the daily tasks of real estate. Some days are spent entirely on the phone, and other days we are out walking through buildings until our feet ache. Hira Panna is a well-known spot, so it’s easy for people to find us. We don't make any big claims about being the best; we just do our work and try to keep our records straight. It’s a bit of a chaotic business sometimes, but we’ve managed to stay afloat by just being practical and showing up every day.
