Sai Estate

Sai Estate is based out of the first unit in the Bhumi Complex over in Rander. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here. The building has been around for a while and everyone in Rander knows where Bhumi Complex is, so it’s easy for folks to drop by. We’ve got a small office that stays pretty busy most days of the week. It’s not one of those modern glass offices you see in the new parts of the city. We have wooden desks, old filing cabinets, and a lot of local knowledge. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for something nearby, and since we’ve been in this exact spot for so long, we usually have an answer for them. It’s a bit of a walk-in kind of place. You don't really need a fancy appointment to talk to us. We just sit here, drink our tea, and handle the real estate needs of the neighborhood. The office can get a bit cluttered with all the documents and files we have to keep, but we know where everything is. Rander is a good place to be, it's got a lot of history and we feel like a small part of it now. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people just see the sign on the complex and walk in when they need help. It’s just how we do things here, keeping it local and low-key while getting the job done.
