Sai Estate Broker

I have been working as a broker here in Udhna for a long time. My office is located at 69/7, right in the heart of the area. Udhna is always loud and full of energy because of the industries around here. You can hear the sounds of machines and trucks throughout the day. I started Sai Estate Broker because I knew the local buildings and land better than most. It’s not a large company with a lot of staff. Usually, it's just me and my cousin helping out. We have a small table and a map of the area on the wall. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but they are fine for now. We deal with all sorts of people looking for space. I spend a lot of time on the phone or out walking to different plots. People know me by name around here. If you need to find me, just ask anyone near the 69/7 block. I don't have a website or anything like that. I prefer doing things the old way. You come in, we talk, and we see what can be done. It's a practical way to live. Some days are slow, and we just sit and watch the traffic. Other days, we don't even have time to eat lunch. That’s just how it goes in Udhna. I’ve seen this neighborhood change a lot over the years, and I’m glad to still be a part of it today.
