Our little office at Sachin Real Estate Agency sits over at 89/90 F/1 on the corner where Kolwada Road and Bhatar Road meet. It's a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but most folks around here just know the cross road. I've been working here for years now, and I’ve seen the roads get paved and the streetlights go in. It’s a busy junction, so there is always the sound of horns and motorbikes going past. Inside the office, it’s mostly just stacks of maps and folders. We spend our mornings checking on things and waiting for people to drop by. It’s a lot of talking, really. People want to know about land or shops, and we tell them what we know. We don't use those big words or fancy pitches you see on TV. We just tell it like it is. I'd rather just say if a place is good or not than make a quick buck. It’s more important to be honest. The tea guy comes by around eleven, and that’s usually when we take a break. It’s a local business through and through. We know the shopkeepers next door and the families down the street. It’s just how things are done on Bhatar Road. We keep the doors open and see who comes in. Nothing more to it than that.
