Our office for Realtors & Real Estate Consultant is situated right at Vesu Kemps Corner. Vesu is a part of town that has changed a lot lately, with new buildings popping up everywhere you look. Being at Kemps Corner puts us right in the middle of all that growth. We spend our days looking at properties and talking to folks who are either moving in or moving out of the area. It’s a lot of back and forth, honestly. The office isn’t much to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet people when they have questions about land or flats. It gets pretty busy around here in the evenings when everyone is off work and walking around. Vesu has a certain energy to it now that wasn't there before. We try to keep up with all the changes in the neighborhood. Sometimes the paperwork for real estate feels like it never ends, but that is the job we chose. We aren't a big chain or anything, just local consultants trying to make sense of the market here for our neighbors. We know the streets around Kemps Corner like the back of our hands. It’s a lot of driving around and showing houses, then coming back here to sit and do the boring stuff like typing up contracts or checking lists. It’s just us doing our thing in Vesu. Nothing fancy, just regular work day after day. It keeps us busy enough.
