Our office is over on Ring Road, right across from the JK Tower. It’s a busy part of the city, and we’ve been here for a good while now. Propertyzoom.Com isn't some big corporate thing; it’s just a few of us trying to help people find a spot to live or set up a shop. We spend most of our mornings answering the phone and writing down notes on whatever scraps of paper are handy. The office is a bit small and sometimes the fan makes a clicking sound that drives us crazy, but we get our work done. Ring Road always has traffic, so it’s easy for people to drop in while they’re out running errands. We handle a lot of local flats and some commercial plots too. It’s a lot of walking around and showing people places that might not be perfect, but they work for their budget. We don't use any fancy sales talk here. If a place has a leaky tap or the walls need a new coat of paint, we just say it. People seem to appreciate that more than a polished speech. We keep our keys on a big wooden board and sometimes it’s a struggle to remember which one goes where. Dealing with property is mostly about patience and waiting for the right person to walk through the door. It’s a simple life, really. We drink a lot of tea and wait for the next person to ask about a listing.
