Property Retail

You can find Property Retail over at L 14 in the Sargam Shopping Centre. It’s right in the Parle Point area, which is usually buzzing with shoppers. Our space is tucked inside the center, making it a convenient stop for people doing their weekend errands. We handle a lot of property inquiries, from small shops to local apartments. The shopping center has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it. We don't have a big neon sign or anything like that. People usually find us by word of mouth or by just walking past while they are out. The office is small but functional. We have a few maps of the Laheripura area pinned up. It helps to show people exactly where things are. We try to be helpful without being pushy. Buying or renting a place is a big deal, and we get that. Sometimes we stay open a bit late if a client can only meet after their own work ends. It’s just part of the job. The air conditioning in the mall is nice during the summer months. We mostly sit and talk through options with whoever walks in. It’s a very local way of doing business. We know the other shop owners in Sargam too.
