Property Basket

Property Basket is based out of Presidency Appartment, right at 104 on Ghod Dod Road. It’s an interesting spot because we are near Sona Udyog and Parsi Panchayat Road too. It can be a bit confusing for people who aren’t from around here, but once you find the apartment building, we are easy to spot. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s just where we do our daily work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at files. Ghod Dod Road is always moving, lots of cars and people going about their business. We’ve been at this 104 address for a while now. It feels like home to us. The walls are a bit plain and we have some old furniture, but it works for what we need. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone writing fancy scripts for us. It’s just us. When someone walks in, they see a normal office. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. It’s a practical space. Being near Sona Udyog means there is always something happening nearby. We like the neighborhood. It’s got a good mix of everything. If you’re coming to see us at Presidency Appartment, just look for the number 104. We’ll probably be inside working on something. It’s a straightforward way to run things, no bells or whistles. We just stay busy with the day's tasks and the regular paperwork.
