Prime Estate Agency

We are located at 618 in the Sant Vasu Ram Shopping Centre. It is in the Adajan area, right across from the big water tank. Most people use the water tank as a landmark to find us. Our agency has been around for a while, and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We handle all sorts of estate work, mostly helping people buy or sell their homes. It is a straightforward business for us. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles in our office. It is just a place where we sit down with families and talk about where they want to live. Sometimes the shopping centre gets quite noisy, especially in the evenings when everyone is out doing their errands. We like the location though, because it is easy for people to drop by after work. We spend a lot of our time visiting properties and taking photos or checking on things. It is not always glamorous work, but it keeps us busy. We know which streets are quiet and which ones get a lot of traffic. That is the kind of stuff we share when someone asks for our help. We don't bother with big mission statements or marketing talk. We just show up every day and do our best to help the people who walk through our door. If you need us, just look for unit 618. We are usually there drinking tea.
