Prem Estate Consultant

Prem Estate Consultant is located at 24 Ramnagar on Sasoon Road. We are inside the Jash Laxmi Complex. It’s an older building, so it has that specific smell of concrete and old dust that you find in this part of town. Our office isn't very large, but it fits what we need. There are usually two or three of us here during the day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at maps of the surrounding neighborhoods. The stairs up to the office can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We have a small water cooler in the corner and some old calendars on the wall that we forgot to take down. Sasoon Road is always humming with activity. You can hear the scooters and the occasional horn from the street while we work. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the entrance of the complex. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a plain, functional space. We don't spend much money on decorations or fancy furniture because we are mostly focused on the paperwork. Sometimes the neighbor's dog comes and sits by the door. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation here in Ramnagar.
