Payal Cold Drinks

We are located at Shop No. 3 in the Tulsi Complex over in Bardoli. It is a very busy spot because we are right near the railway station. All day long you can hear the trains coming in and the whistles blowing. It brings a lot of people through the area, and most of them are looking for something to drink. We spend a lot of our time making sure the refrigerators are running properly. If the power goes out, it’s a real headache for us. The shop isn't very large, but we pack a lot of stuff into the shelves. Bardoli can get quite warm, so people are always stopping in for a cold bottle. We know the train schedule almost by heart because of how the crowds change throughout the day. When a big train arrives, it gets very crowded for about twenty minutes, and then it goes quiet again. We’ve been in Tulsi Complex for a while now and we know the other shop owners pretty well. We mostly just keep to ourselves and do the work that needs doing. There is always a lot of cleaning to do because of the dust from the station. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and start the day like everyone else in the market.
