Patel Real Estate Consultant is located over at Sterling Height in Palanpur Nd. Specifically, we are in unit E 402. It’s a decent climb up if the lift is slow, but usually, it's fine. The view from the fourth floor is alright. We spend our time here going through property listings and talking to people who walk in or call. Palanpur is a growing area, so there is always something going on outside. Sterling Height is a well-known building in this part of town. Our office isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We have a couple of desks and some filing cabinets. Most of the day is spent on the phone or checking emails. Sometimes we have to head out to see a site, but E 402 is our home base. We like being in this building because it feels solid. There are other businesses around too. It gets quiet in the evenings once everyone starts heading home. We try to keep our paperwork in order, though sometimes the desk gets a bit messy when we are busy. It’s just the two of us mostly. We don't have a big reception area or anything. If you come by, you’ll just see us working. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and know the neighbors in the other units. It’s a practical place to work from.
