We are Om Estate Agency and we spend our days at 106 Anand Mahal Road. Our office is up on the 1st Floor of the Jay Complex. If you are driving around and see the Shri Ram Petrol Pump, you are basically right there. We have been in this spot for a good while now. Jetalpur Road can get pretty packed with traffic, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. Inside the office, it is pretty simple. We have a few desks, some old chairs, and piles of files that we try to keep organized. It’s not a fancy place with modern art on the walls or anything like that. We just focus on the work. Sometimes we sit and have tea while waiting for someone to drop by. You can hear the sounds of the petrol pump and the cars from the window. We like being in this part of town because it feels alive. When you walk into the Jay Complex, you just take the stairs up to find us. We don't really do much advertising. People usually just find us by seeing the sign or knowing the pump. We are just local people helping other local people with their property needs. It is straightforward and we don’t try to make it more complicated than it needs to be. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished for the day. That is how it goes for us.
