Nityaa Properties

So, Nityaa Properties is located right in the middle of things at Gaylord Chowk. Our office is in Shree Shyam Chemners, which is on the third floor, basically right above the ICICI Bank. It’s a handy spot because everyone knows where the bank is. Being on J M Road means we see a lot of people passing by every day. The stairs up to the 304 unit can be a bit much if you’re tired, but the view of the Ring Road from up here is alright. We spend most of our time dealing with property papers and talking to people looking for a new place to stay or start a business. It gets pretty hectic around lunchtime when the traffic outside picks up. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the clock ticking. We try to be honest about the places we show. If a house has a leaky tap or a noisy neighbor, we usually mention it. It saves trouble later. Real estate can be a headache with all the paperwork involved. We just take it one day at a time here. If you are around the Ring Road area and want to ask about prices or just see what’s available, come on up. The door is usually open unless we’re out at a site visit or showing a flat to someone across town.
