Our place is at 10 Udhna Ramji Raja Chawl. We are situated near the road that goes from Bombay Market over to Punagam. It's a busy part of town with a lot of movement. Nirmal Darbar Property Dealer is just a small office where we deal with local property matters. It's not a big corporate building or anything like that. Just a basic room where we keep our papers and talk to people who live nearby. Being near Bombay Market means there’s always something happening outside. We started this because we know the area well. The chawl has been here for a long time and everyone knows the landmarks around. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure things move along. Sometimes the traffic is loud but we’re used to it. We just sit here and help folks with their housing or land needs. It’s straightforward work. If you are heading towards Punagam, you’ll likely pass near us. We don’t do much advertising, mostly just people walking in because they saw the name.
