Hello, I’m Naresh Chalakwala. I work as an estate agent over here in the Bhagal area, right on Tumkur Road near Madawara Post. You’ll find my spot right opposite the Vadifaliya Bus Stop. It’s a busy corner with people always waiting for their ride, so there’s a lot of movement outside my window. I’ve been helping people around here for a long time. Real estate can be a bit messy sometimes with all the paperwork and different personalities, but I just take it one day at a time. I don't use any high-pressure sales tactics because I don't like when people do that to me. I just show the properties and tell people what I know about the neighborhood. My office is pretty simple—just a desk, a few chairs, and a lot of maps and notes pinned to the walls. It’s not the most organized looking place, but I know where everything is. People stop by to ask about prices or just to see what’s available in the area. I try to be helpful without making things too complicated. Living and working in the same area means I see my clients at the market or the tea stall, so I have to keep things honest. It’s just how we do things in this part of town. I'll usually be here until the sun goes down.
