Nagraj Estate

Nagraj Estate is located in the Bhandari Complex, which is at 5 Adajan Dn Lal Darawaja. We are directly opposite Western Park on Anand Mahal Road. It is a very central spot, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise from the main road. The office is inside the complex, and it is a place where we spend a lot of time looking over property deeds and talking to people about their housing needs. Adajan is a big area, so we have a lot of different types of properties on our list, from small apartments to larger commercial spaces. The Bhandari Complex itself has many different businesses, so we see a lot of familiar faces every day. We keep the office pretty tidy, but there are always stacks of folders and maps lying around because there is a lot of information to manage. We don't do much in the way of big marketing. Most people find us because they are walking by the park or they live in the neighborhood and saw our sign. We spend our days answering the phone and occasionally driving out to show a property near the Lal Darawaja area. It is consistent work that requires a lot of patience, especially when negotiations take a long time. We drink a lot of water because of the heat, and the office is a good place to hide from the sun for a bit while we work on our files.
