My Cera World

My Cera World is located at Plot No. 414 in the Capital Business Plaza at Yogi Chowk. We are quite close to the Apple Farm, which is a nice little bit of green in this busy part of the city. Being in a business plaza means we have a lot of neighbors, and there is always someone coming or going. Our space is where we keep all our ceramic items on display. We try to keep it tidy, but with people walking in and out all day, there is always a bit of dust to clean up. The sunlight comes in quite strong in the mornings, so we usually have to adjust the blinds to keep the heat down. Surat can get really hot, so the fans are almost always on. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just us on the floor talking to people and showing them the different designs we have. It’s a very visual business, so we spend a lot of time moving things around to see how they look. We have been at Yogi Chowk for a while and we like the vibe of the place. It’s busy but not overwhelming. We don't go in for fancy sales talk or anything like that. We just show people what we have and let them decide. It’s a relaxed way to work and it seems to suit everyone just fine. I think we've found a good rhythm here in the plaza. It makes the days go by fast.
