Millennium Estate Agency is located on the ground floor at C 2090 Ring Road. We are right in the Irani Wadi Number 4 area. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just walk right in from the street. The Ring Road is always humming with noise, and there’s usually a lot of dust from the traffic. Our office is pretty straightforward. We have some old posters on the walls and a few desks. It’s not one of those modern offices with glass walls. It feels more like a regular neighborhood spot. We spend most of our time talking to people about houses and shops. There’s always someone coming in to ask about prices in Irani Wadi. We’ve been here long enough to know most of the property owners around. Sometimes we’re out visiting sites, so the door might be locked for an hour, but we’re usually back soon. It’s a lot of legwork, honestly. Dealing with property on Ring Road means you have to be patient with the crowds and the paperwork. We keep our records in big binders. My chair squeaks a bit when I move, and the ceiling fan makes a clicking sound, but it works. The phone line sometimes crackles when it rains. We usually keep some tea ready for anyone who drops by. We aren't trying to be fancy, just a place where you can get some honest talk about real estate.
