We are located in the International Trade Centre at Majura Gate, specifically in office D/122. It’s a big building, so we are just one of many businesses here. We focus on real estate and estate agency work for the local area. People come to us when they need to lease a space or maybe find a new office for themselves. Majura Gate is a busy intersection, so there is always someone looking for something new. We don't have a polished marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phones and taking people to see different properties. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just waiting for a client who is stuck in traffic. That’s just part of the routine. We have a lot of folders and keys in the office that we have to keep track of. It’s a lot of responsibility handling other people's property, so we try to be careful with the details. We aren't perfect, and sometimes we might miss a call if we are out at a site, but we always try to get back to people eventually. The trade centre is a busy place, but we keep our own office fairly relaxed and simple. We just tell it like it is and hope that helps people make a choice that works for them.
