Meet Estate

Meet Estate is located out by the Haladiya National Highway No 8 in the CTM area of Ahmedabad. It’s a very busy spot because of the highway. There’s a constant stream of trucks and cars rushing past, which brings a lot of dust and noise, but that is just part of the location. We are right there where the action is. The office is a practical space designed for meeting people who are interested in land or buildings around the city. It’s not a quiet place by any means. You can hear the horns honking all through the day. Inside, we’ve got some chairs and a big table where we can spread out documents. The floor is easy to sweep because of all the dirt that blows in from the highway. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who pull over to ask about prices and locations. Ahmedabad is growing fast, and being in CTM puts us right in the middle of that growth. It’s a dusty, loud, and energetic place to work. We don't have any fancy decorations, just the essentials for running the business. The tea stalls nearby are where we usually end up during breaks. It feels like a real, working-class part of the city. We show up early and stay until the traffic starts to thin out a bit in the evening. It’s just a normal estate office on a very busy road.
