We are situated over at S/5 Ghod Dod Road, right in the Rajhans Plaza. It’s on the third floor, so if the lift is busy, you might have to wait a minute. We are right opposite the Pizza Hut, which is where I usually end up getting lunch more often than I probably should. Being on Satara Road means there’s constant movement. This office at Rajhans Plaza has been our base for a while. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms where we handle the property stuff. The third floor is usually quiet enough that I can get some actual thinking done. I don't go in for all those modern office trends with bean bags and open spaces. It’s just traditional desks and plenty of filing cabinets. The view from the window is just the street and the building across, but I don't spend much time looking out anyway. Dealing with real estate means I'm often out on the road, but this is where I come back to file everything. It gets a bit hectic when multiple people come in at once since the waiting area is small. We don't have a receptionist, so if I'm on the phone, people just have to have a seat for a second. It’s a practical setup for a practical business. No big corporate mission, just trying to keep the listings organized and the clients informed about what's available in the area. I've been doing this for years now.
