You can find Mahavir Real Estate Consultancy up on the third floor of Rajhans Plaza. We are right across from the Pizza Hut on Ghod Dod Road, near Vatva Road. Being on the third floor means people have to take the lift or the stairs to see us, but we don’t mind. We spend our days talking to people about houses, plots, and shops. Real estate in this part of town is always moving, so we stay pretty busy. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for when clients come in to look at maps or photos. It’s not a shiny corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a place where we sit down and have a real conversation. Sometimes we are out of the office showing properties, so the door might be locked for an hour. We try to leave a note when that happens. Finding the right place for someone takes time, and we don’t like to rush things. I’ve lived around here long enough to know which streets are quiet and which ones get flooded when it rains. That’s the kind of thing people want to know. We get a lot of phone calls, and the mobile is always ringing even when I’m trying to eat lunch. It’s a lot of driving around and meeting different people, but it’s what we do. We just try to be honest about what’s available.
