Kushi Real Estate

We are over at Kushi Real Estate, situated in B- 405, Prajeet. The building is right behind Nehru Nagar and across from S.V.N.I.T College in Parle Point. It’s a nice enough area. We see a lot of students and teachers walking around because of the college being right there. Our office is on the fourth floor, so we get a bit of a view of the street below. We’ve been here for a while now. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day tasks of a real estate office. We have some chairs for visitors and a lot of folders stacked on the desks. Parle Point is a busy spot, so there is usually someone coming or going at most hours. We don’t really do a lot of fancy stuff or have big presentations. We just talk to people about their homes or what they are looking for. Sometimes we are out of the office looking at properties, so the door might be locked for an hour or two. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up when it gets busy. It’s just a normal workplace. We know the neighbors and the local shops nearby. It’s a good place to be for us. We just keep things moving along and help out the people who come to see us. It is a simple way of doing business in a very active part of town.
