Kajal Pan & Coldrink

Kajal Pan & Coldrink is over on Varachha Road at the S P Road crossing. It’s been our spot for a good while now. The road out front is always busy with bikes and trucks, so there’s a lot of dust and noise every day. We open the shop pretty early, usually when the morning air is still a bit cool. It’s just a small place, nothing fancy to look at. We have a counter and some fridges for the drinks. Most of our day is spent restocking the shelves or talking to people who stop by on their way to work. It gets really hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans running all the time. Sometimes the electricity goes out, which makes things difficult, but we just deal with it. We aren't a big company or anything, just a local business. We see the same faces every day and we’ve gotten to know the people who live around S P Road pretty well. It’s a lot of routine, but we like it that way. We don’t have any big signs or anything to attract attention. People just know we are here. We just keep the drinks cold and do our work. It’s a simple life and the shop is a big part of it. We don't try to be anything special, just a place for a drink.
