K B Real Estate is over at Someshwar Arcade on Vesu Hanipark Road. This area has grown a lot lately. When I first moved into the arcade, there wasn't nearly as much traffic as there is now. Our office is a local spot where we handle all sorts of property matters. It is not a giant corporate agency. It is just a small office with a few desks and some maps on the wall. We spend a lot of time out and about, but the arcade is where we keep our records. Vesu is a busy part of town these days. The parking can be a little tricky in the afternoons, so I usually try to get here early. Inside, the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits unless there is a really good reason for it. Most of the time, we are just dressed in regular clothes, drinking coffee and looking over listings. The office has a big window that looks out onto the road. It gets a lot of sun in the morning. We have some old filing cabinets that are nearly full, but we know where everything is. It is an honest place. We just try to help people find what they need without making things too complicated. If the light is on, someone is probably inside working on a deal or finishing up some paperwork for a client. We have been here for years and plan to stay for many more to come.
