Joshi Estate Aegent

Joshi Estate Aegent is located on Rander Road, specifically in the Shivaninjali Park area. Our office number is 41590, and it’s a place we’ve called home for a long time. Rander is a busy part of town with a lot of history, and we’ve seen it grow and change firsthand. The office itself is pretty simple, nothing like the big glass buildings you see downtown. We have a few chairs and a table where we go over blueprints and contracts with folks. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we usually keep the fan on high and the door open to catch a breeze. We deal with all kinds of local properties, from old houses that need a lot of work to newer apartments in Shivaninjali Park. It’s a lot of running around, meeting people at different times, and making sure all the keys are where they should be. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people just know our name because we’ve been here so long. My desk is usually covered in notebooks and pens that barely work. We don't have any grand mission; we just show up every morning and try to get people settled into their new homes. Sometimes it takes months to close a deal, and other times it happens in a week. That’s just the way the market goes around here. We’re just regular people doing a regular job.
