Jay Shree Vinayak Estate House

We are located in the Krishna Complex, specifically in Pushpak Market over in Adajan. It's right near Sneh Sankul Wadi, a landmark most people use to find their way around here. Jay Shree Vinayak Estate House isn't a big corporate entity. It’s just a small shop where we keep track of what’s happening in the local market. The market outside is always noisy and full of life, which we've grown to like. Inside the office, it's a bit more peaceful. We have a few chairs for visitors and a lot of registers stacked up on the shelves. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. Most of our work involves talking to neighbors and finding out who is moving where. We don't do much advertising; people usually just walk in because they saw the name on the window or someone told them about us. It’s a lot of legwork, really. We spend hours checking out different flats and commercial spaces to see if they are worth the trouble. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit by the door to catch the breeze. It's not a high-pressure environment. We take things as they come. People in Adajan are generally friendly, so we enjoy the chats we have throughout the day. We aren't experts in everything, but we know these few blocks better than most. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing every day.
