You can find us over in Adajan, specifically on Dr S S Rao Road at D 1. Being a property dealer in this part of town means we see a lot of different faces every day. Adajan is a busy neighborhood, and there is always someone looking for a new place to start a business or a family looking for a bigger apartment. Our office is quite small, just enough room for a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk. We don't have any big flashy signs or digital screens showing off properties. We mostly rely on our old notebooks and the connections we’ve made with people living around here. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we just do things the old-fashioned way. We don't try to push anyone into making a choice they aren't ready for. Buying or renting a place is a big deal, and we understand that. Most of our day is spent waiting for people to drop by or making calls to check if a shop is still vacant. We drink a lot of tea while we wait. It's a simple life and a simple business. We know the local streets and the shortcuts, and we know who is selling what. We aren't trying to be the biggest dealers in the city, just the ones who are here every day. Sometimes the cat from the street comes in and naps under the table.
