We’ve been here at 2 Rander Ahuja Bhavan for a good while now. Being right near Nizdham Ashram makes it easy for folks to find us, though the traffic gets a bit much on weekends. Most days, it’s just us sitting here with the fan going, looking through files. Jay Sainath Estate Agency is basically just a place where we try to help people figure out their housing stuff. It isn’t fancy. We have some chairs that have seen better days and a desk that’s always covered in papers and maps. Rander is a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street coming in through the door. Sometimes people just walk in because they saw the sign while heading to the ashram. We don’t have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know the area well. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving around to look at different spots nearby. The monsoon makes things a bit messy around here, but we just keep the door open and wait for whoever needs a bit of help with property. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We usually shut the lights around seven and head home. There’s not much more to it than that. Just a local office doing what we can for the people who stop by our little corner.
