Jay Jalaram Estate

We’ve been tucked away here at 3 Palanpur in Nisarg City for a good while now. Being part of Krushnkunj Society in the Kaspatevasti area means we see the same faces every day, which is nice. Jay Jalaram Estate isn't some big flashy firm with glass walls and fancy suits. It’s just us in a small room with a couple of chairs and a lot of files piled up. The morning usually starts with some tea and checking what needs doing. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially when the school buses go by, but you get used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. Kaspatevasti has really grown since we first set up shop here. We spend most of our time talking to people who walk in looking for a bit of help with their place or finding something new. It’s mostly just paperwork and phone calls, really. The desk is a bit messy and the computer is a few years old, but it gets the job done. We don't have a big sign out front, just enough so people know where we are. If you’re coming from the main road, it’s easy to miss the turn into the society if you aren't looking. We like it this way because it’s quiet enough to actually hear what people are saying. It’s a simple life here, just doing what we do every day without much fuss or bother. We just try to keep things moving.
