You’ll find us on the second floor of Vinod Shilp Appartment, which is in the 1st Block of Adajan. We’re tucked away behind Deepa Complex. It’s a quiet office, being up on the second floor and all. We handle real estate stuff, mostly around this part of Adajan. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls to be honest. People come up the stairs to ask about flats or maybe a small shop for their business. We don’t have a huge staff. It’s just a couple of us managing the listings. We spend a lot of time visiting sites and checking out new buildings. The area behind Deepa Complex has changed a lot lately. We try to keep up with who is selling what. It’s pretty straightforward work. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in town, just a place where you can get a straight answer about a property. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, but the stairs aren't too bad. We have our regulars who come by for tea and a chat about the market. It’s a local thing. We know the streets and the buildings around here like the back of our hand. That’s just how it is when you stay in one spot for years. Just a regular local agency doing its work.
