Jash Estate Agent is based at 35 City Light Road, right near the Ring Road and across from Jolly Residence. It’s a spot that’s pretty easy to get to if you’re in the Dabhoi Waghodiya area. We’ve been working as estate agents for a long time. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s just where we keep our property files and meet with people who are looking for a house or a piece of land to buy. Being opposite Jolly Residence helps people find us when they are driving by looking for help. We know the streets around here like the back of our hands because we've lived here so long. We aren't trying to be some high-end luxury firm with fancy cars. We just help regular people find a place to stay or sell their property when they need to move. It involves a lot of walking around and showing people different spots. Sometimes we’re out all day, and other times we’re stuck at the desk on City Light Road doing the boring legal paperwork. We don't use a lot of fancy words or try to pressure anyone into a deal they don't want. If a house fits, it fits. If not, we keep looking until we find something else. That’s just how it goes in this business. We like being part of the neighborhood and seeing families move into their new homes nearby. It’s a good way to spend the day for us.
